With trust, everything is easier. Others understand you, you understand them, and we move through our days with clarity. But in fast-changing uncertain times and situations, a sense of clarity and understanding may be challenged. You may experience resistance, second-guess yourself and others, and begin to question what you see, hear, read, and even what you believed to be true. Stress builds as fear and doubt permeate your mind. Decisions take more time. You may feel physically uncomfortable and unsure who to trust and what to do. Your power and self-agency get consumed by circumstances. You do not feel safe.

I’ve felt this myself and have seen it play out in organizations undergoing change, with teams and individuals, and with my horses when a familiar routine is disturbed. Lately, I’ve been diving more deeply into trust and practicing new exercises both with and without horses. The results have been profound and I’m excited to share my findings with you.

In this retreat, we’ll discuss fear and trust and I’ll share proven strategies to help you move forward with more clarity and ease. Once you begin to recognize the subtle and not so subtle signs of fear in yourself and in others, you can take steps to repair trust, regain self-trust, and better lead yourself and others. It’s a powerful and transformative process. I invite you to join me and the herd if you’re ready to:
